Digital West Networks Inc. Federal ARRA Broadband Awards Scoreboard – WAVE 2
The second wave of awards from the NTIA and RUS have been announced. On August 4th the RUS announced 126 awards totaling $1.2 billion with all but one going to Last Mile projects. On August 18th the RUS announced another 24 Last Mile awards for $363 million and 4 satellite awards for $100 million tapping out the satellite program. On the same day the NTIA announced 66 projects for $1.64 billion.
